The 4th edition of our State of Edtech Marketing report dives into the insights of 40+ Edtech marketing specialists based across Europe:

• The top 3 most effective marketing channels reported by respondents were social media, organic search and content marketing.

• The top 3 barriers to effective implementation of marketing strategies were lack of brand awareness, lack of leads generated and lack of automation of processes.

• The top 3 2022 marketing priorities include funnel conversion, lead generation and marketing automation.

/South East Asia Edtech Market Insights

Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Singapore and Skills Nation has launched the report, which covers the Edtech sector of six countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines.

Key findings:

👉There are 342 EdTech companies in Southeast Asia (six countries), of which only 34% are funded

👉USD 1.4 bn has been invested in Southeast Asian EdTech companies over the past eight years

👉Singapore has two EdTech unicorns

👉49% (170) of the EdTech companies are headquartered in Singapore

👉Most investors in Southeast Asia EdTech are from the United States

👉Tutoring & homework help, Language learning Test preparation are the solution types that received the most in equity investment
