Skills & capabilities play a much bigger role these days and we see the demand for digital skills skyrocket these days. Around 1,4 million people in the Netherlands are enrolled in private educational institutions. Health care and tech are eager for more skilled people. Since the demand is so high, there’s a need for short programs to give people skills on a high level. Private educational institutions are important to help with the scale of demand for upskilling and reskilling.

/STAP-budget an example from Growth Tribe
The budgets, that are available from March 2022, makes it easy for anyone to upgrade their skills or change their career path by covering up to €1,000 in education costs. The STAP-budget is created as a stimulant to give people a better position in the labour market.
Growth Tribe is one of the digital academies as an example, where you can now use your €1000 euro and upskill yourself or your team.
They have updated their course catalogue and added 8 new certification courses (On-Demand, Self-paced), as well as exclusive diploma programs (Live Online). The programs are ranging from: Digital & Growth Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Visualizations & Storytelling, Digital Leadership or UX Design.
